1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ConnectTwelve ("the Service"), operated by ConnectTwelve ("we," "us," or "our") at connecttwelve.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConnectTwelve is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable link tree pages, manage multiple links, track analytics, and share a single URL across social media profiles and other digital channels. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Premium tiers, each providing different levels of features and functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change eligibility criteria at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

ConnectTwelve offers Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Premium ($19.99/month) subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to publish, distribute, or link to content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on protected characteristics
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Facilitates illegal activities including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or drug trafficking

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConnectTwelve and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONNECTTWELVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConnectTwelve and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
